Mary Kay has launched a new limited-edition lipstick color, shown above – and every purchase can help make a difference in the lives of women and children. From May 15th through August 14, 2016, Mary Kay Inc. will donate $1 from each sale of its “Beauty That Counts – Hearts Together” Lipstick.

Beauty That Counts is Mary Kay’s global cause-related program and philanthropic campaign that benefits The Mary Kay Foundation’s annual Shelter Grant Program, which provides $3 million in funding each year in support of women’s shelters and survivors of abuse.

Anne Crews, vice president of Public Affairs, Mary Kay Inc., said, “The fact is that one in four women in the United States will experience domestic violence in their lifetime. This leaves many shelters at capacity and operating on a lean budget. Thanks to initiatives like Beauty That Counts, each year the Foundation awards grants to at least one domestic violence shelter in every state, the District of Columbia and Puerto Rico.”
